E-mail confirmation will be sent to your given email address containing the goods you have ordered, the chosen payment method, and the total cost.
We ensure your order is processed accurately and handle it delicately via our in-house inventory supervisors.

Shipping Within Riyadh

Delivery Time: Orders within Riyadh will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 18 SAR will be charged for all deliveries within Riyadh.

Shipping Outside Riyadh

Delivery Time: Orders outside Riyadh will be delivered within 5 to 7 days, depending on the specific region.
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 18 SAR will be charged for all deliveries outside Riyadh.

Additional Information

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Carrier: We use reliable and trusted shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will be contacted to arrange a new delivery schedule.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver orders within the specified time frames, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or logistic issues.
